How Custom Orders Work
I specialize in custom shirts and sweatshirts for orders of all sizes, including just one! There is no minimum order.

Tell me what you’re looking for
Send me the details of your project, including the type of garment, quantity and sizes, design idea, colors, and when you need it. Inspiration photos are always welcome.
Pricing varies based on the garment selected, design size and complexity, and whether printing is needed on one or multiple sides. Once I know what you’re looking for, I’ll provide pricing for your specific order.

Custom design
If you need me to create the design for you, a $20 design deposit is required before custom design work begins.
The design deposit covers development of one design direction and reasonable revisions needed to finalize that design.
Once the first custom design has been sent to you, the design deposit is nonrefundable. If you move forward with your shirt order, the full $20 deposit is applied toward your final order balance.
If you decide to change to an entirely different design concept after design work has begun, an additional design fee may apply. Additional design fees compensate for the additional design work and are not applied toward the cost of the finished garments.
If you already have finished artwork that is ready to use, no design deposit is required.

Final design, quote & approval
Once your design, garments, quantities and sizes have been finalized, I’ll provide your final quote.
Before production begins, I require:
- Written approval of the final design
- Payment of the remaining balance in full
Please carefully review your final design for spelling, names, dates, colors, placement and other details before approving it. Changes requested after final approval may result in additional design charges, and changes cannot be made once production has begun.

Production
My standard production time is approximately two weeks from the date I receive both final design approval and payment in full.
Turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates. If you need something sooner, rush service may be available depending on my schedule and the size of your order. Additional rush fees may apply.

Delivery & shipping
Free local delivery is available in Draper.
Shipping is also available and will be added to the cost of your order. Shipping and transit time is separate from my approximately two-week production timeframe.
Artwork & garments
You’re welcome to provide your own artwork or have me create something custom for you.
Customer-provided artwork should be supplied as a PNG or JPEG of sufficient quality for printing. I reserve the right to recommend or make adjustments, with your approval, when necessary to help the design press properly and produce the best finished result.
I can source garments for your order, or you may provide your own garment when appropriate.
Payment
Cash, check and Venmo are preferred. Credit-card payment is also available upon request.
Custom order policy
Because each item is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. If I make an error in producing your order or there is a problem with the finished product, I’ll work with you to make it right.
